Jessica Elgin is a motivational speaker with interests in supporting school aged children in her community. She has spoken at a dozen different middle schools and junior highs, as well as sponsoring children to travel to other cities for speaking opportunities.

Being a child is not easy. It was not for any of us and it has not gotten easier for the new generations. Jessica speaks to children about the adversities that she faced and how they can identify adversities in their life. She allows them to see how they can use the adversities to improve their lives, instead of letting the adversities use them.

Jessica also speaks about taking opportunities. We all have a choice. By using life examples and an interactive dialogue, Jessica teaches children how to look for opportunities. And when it seems as if they have none, she shows them how a change in attitude and setting goals can help.
